**SAP IS-U TECHNICAL**:
**Remote**

**Working Hours -**3 pm to 11 pm India time (want overlap with Houston team in morning hours).

8+ years of experience in SAP IS-U Technical (Techno function is okay too but not the preference) who has the following skills:
**Specifically**: SAP IS-U Technical skill like ABAP, ALE, AVL, IDOC, BADI, PDOC, Switch Doc, Workflow, Device Management, Billing, Invoicing, FICA, Dunning, Bill Print

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Design, enhance, develop, maintain, and support retail-based utility back-office processes enhance working within a team-first oriented environment with primarily skilled in SAP ISU and ECC domain.
- Determine detailed system requirements based on business requirements provided by the Operations groups.
- Configure and test ECC/IUT modifications to support new system development, enhancements, and production support modifications.
- Help with SAP ISU/CCS Day to day production support and related to system issues that arise in the daily operations of the system.
- Interface with operations team and business teams to realize requirements, existing business processes, resolve issues and determine cost estimates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with Texas or Northeast market transactions is a big plus.
- Experience working in a waterfall and Agile framework - SCRUM, KANBAN.
- SAP CRM experience - Call Center processes, Telephony Integration, Interaction Center.
- Texas or Canada Alberta deregulated/regulated market experience.
- Able to perform debugging to identify the production issues.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹290,000.00 per month
