**Role Overview**:
At AgroStar, a Program Expert plays a crucial role in Onboarding the Sathi Partners, communicating our portfolio proposition, and ensuring effective channel development and management within the defined territory.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Evaluating the right Saathi Partner for AgroStar as per the guidelines
- Conduct impact sessions with partners
- Walk through with partner about AgroStar journey
- Get the partner excited about the partner benefits
- Pitch the partners about PL products and benefits
- Answer partner queries if any
- Fill partner's details in the format
- Raise red flags and close concerns with the Field team

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation in BSc agriculture or related field is mandatory
- Should have at least 1+ years of Sales experience in the Agriculture industry.

**-Languages preferred Telugu**
- Ready to move to Pune, Maharashtra
- Smart, Confident, and good communication skills (regional language)
- Strong in agronomy
- Product and market understanding (Brands, crops, seasons)
- Ability to convince, pitch, evaluate, and represent AgroStar on a video call

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
