**As a customer Service Representative in Sales, you’ll be the voice of our company, engaging with customers who are eager to learn about our exciting products and services. Your role will be to inspire and guide them, turning inquiries into valuable sales. With your expertise, you’ll encourage hesitant customers to make confident purchasing decisions. You’ll build strong relationships with both new and returning customers, providing them with essential information and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. Your follow-up skills will help drive customer loyalty, making a real impact on our business growth.**

Convince customers to purchase products and services by highlighting the benefits and features that meet their needs.

Follow up with both previous and potential customers to build strong relationships and ensure repeat business.

Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the company CRM.

Regularly communicate with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.

Demonstrate proficiency in using computer systems and perform basic tasks such as data entry and typing.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
