L'AVENOUR is seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs across various digital and print platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual with 1 to 2 years of experience in the field to contribute to exciting projects and develop their design skills further.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and project objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually stunning designs.
- Design and create graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's brand identity and maintain a consistent visual style.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and time management skills.
