**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Production Scheduling**: Develop and maintain a dynamic production schedule to efficiently meet customer demands.
- **Coordination with Departments**: Collaborate closely with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless workflow and timely delivery.
- **Capacity Planning**: Evaluate and optimize production capacities, providing recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
- **Risk Assessment**: Identify potential production challenges and proactively develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
- **Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with relevant departments to promptly address issues and ensure a smooth production process.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Implement and monitor process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
- **Adherence to Standards**: Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and production guidelines.
- **Lead Time Management**: Manage lead times for raw materials, production, and delivery to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- **Collaboration with Sales**: Coordinate with sales teams to align production plans with accurate sales forecasts and customer orders.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including schedules, reports, and inventory levels.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow efficiency.
- **Cost Control**: Monitor production costs and proactively work towards implementing cost-effective production methods without compromising quality.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in production planning within the cosmetics or related industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
