**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the doors and frames segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and dealers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive sales growth.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain customer records.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good presentation and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of doors, frames, or building material industry will be an added advantage.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in doors, frames, or building materials.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
