1. Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos suitable for social media platforms.

2. Ensure videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in style, tone, and messaging.

3. Collaborate with content creators and marketing team to conceptualize and execute video ideas that resonate with our target audience.

4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video editing and social media to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our content.

5. Optimize videos for each social media platform, understanding the specific requirements and nuances of each.

6. Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling and engagement.

7. Manage and organize video assets and maintain an efficient workflow throughout the editing process.

8. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for video content strategies.

9. Respond to feedback and iterate on video edits as needed to meet project goals and objectives.

10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and creativity.

2. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut.

3. Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.

4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards while working under tight deadlines.

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback.

6. Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective video requirements.

7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling through video.

8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

9. Bachelor's degree in multimedia, or a related field is preferred

10. A positive attitude, enthusiasm for video editing, and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
