We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our real estate team. You will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers and tenants, playing a key role in lead generation, client engagement, and supporting the sales team throughout the customer journey.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients introducing property listings and generating qualified leads.
- Answer inbound calls, handle property-related queries, and provide details about available residential and commercial properties.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits between clients and sales agents.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to drive conversions (sales/rentals) and keep prospects engaged.
- Update and manage customer data, call logs, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead generation set by management.
- Stay informed on current property listings, market trends, and real estate project details.
- Work closely with sales agents and the marketing team for effective lead management.
- Address client concerns and objections, provide information, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Support marketing campaigns and provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.

**Key Skills and Requirements**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local/regional languages.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, understand client needs, and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Motivated, persistent, and goal-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Minimum: High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree or prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
