**Job Description: Accounts Intern**

**Stipend**: ₹15,000 per month
**Duration**: Minimum 6 months (Full-Time)

**Job Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to assist our finance team on a full-time basis. This internship will provide an opportunity to work with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in accounting and financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities using Tally and Zoho.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and filing.
- Help in managing Provident Fund (PF) records and statutory compliance.
- Reconcile accounts and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Assist with internal audits and other accounting-related tasks.
- Prepare vouchers, bills, and maintain proper filing systems for all financial documents.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in Tally**: Ability to handle day-to-day accounting entries and generate reports in Tally.
- **Experience with Zoho**: Familiarity with Zoho accounting tools for managing financial data.
- **Knowledge of GST**: Understanding of GST rules, preparation, and filing of GST returns.
- **Understanding of PF & Compliance**: Basic knowledge of Provident Fund regulations and compliance processes.
- **Tax Return Knowledge**: Ability to assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to accuracy in financial tasks.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Good written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- A degree or pursuing studies in Commerce/Finance/Accounting.
- Prior experience in accounting software or internships in a related field is a plus.
- Must be able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months.
