88 Digital Co. is a growing digital marketing agency dedicated to building impactful brand experiences. We are looking for a dynamic and creative **Social Media Executive** to join our team and lead client engagement across multiple platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Manage social media accounts for clients across diverse industries.
- Create engaging, scroll-stopping content that drives reach and engagement.
- Execute and oversee monthly content calendars for clients and in-house brands.
- Drive organic growth: increase followers, engagement, and generate inquiries.
- Plan and execute photo/video shoots for client campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends to bring innovative and trending ideas to client strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience working with a digital marketing agency.
- Proven success in managing and growing brand profiles across **Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and Pinterest**.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Prior experience in handling clients from multiple niches.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with a team effectively.
- Immediate availability to join will be preferred.
