**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Plan and deliver effective math lessons aligned with the school curriculum and standards.
- Use innovative teaching methods, including visual aids, manipulatives, and digital tools, to simplify mathematical concepts.
- Design engaging classroom activities and exercises to reinforce math fundamentals.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Assess students’ performance through regular tests, assignments, and quizzes.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding and skills.
- Identify and address individual learning needs and provide extra support to struggling students.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Encourage participation, collaboration, and curiosity among students.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during school hours.
- **Lesson Planning and Resources**:

- Prepare detailed lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Incorporate technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning.
- Stay updated on new teaching methodologies and incorporate them into the classroom.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students' progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop interdisciplinary lessons.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- **Co-Curricular Activities**:

- Organize and participate in math-related extracurricular activities, such as math clubs, competitions, and exhibitions.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, progress, and performance.
- Prepare reports for parent-teacher meetings and academic reviews.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
