- **Maintenance**: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of equipment, including weekly, monthly, and annual activities
- **Installation**: Supervise the installation of mechanical equipment
- **Commissioning**: Assist with the commissioning of mechanical equipment
- **Quality assurance**: Perform equipment alignment checks, pressure testing, and other quality assurance activities
- **Troubleshooting**: Provide troubleshooting support for mechanical issues
- **Team management**: Manage the roles and responsibilities of the mechanical team, including contractors
- **Training**: Ensure staff members have the technical skills to do their job
- **Record-keeping**: Ensure proper record-keeping

Other supervisor duties
- Managing workflow
- Training new hires
- Creating and managing team schedules
- Reporting to HR and senior management
- Evaluating performance and providing feedback
- Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
