**Timings**: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM
**Stipend**: ₹5,000 per month

As an Architect Trainee / Intern, you will assist the team in conceptualizing and detailing landscape designs, elevations, working drawings, and sanctioning drawings in line with PDCR (Pune Development Control and Promotion Regulations). You will gain practical experience working on a range of residential and commercial projects, contributing to their successful delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing landscape design layouts and detailing for residential and commercial projects.
- Support in creating elevation concepts and presentation drawings.
- Prepare and modify working drawings for various stages of the project lifecycle.
- Assist in preparing sanctioning drawings and ensuring compliance with PDCR regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design work.
- Participate in site visits, documentation, and project reporting.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or pursuing final year of degree).
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good understanding of landscape design, elevation concepts, working drawings, and regulatory standards.
- Familiarity with PDCR rules and real estate project sanctioning processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
