Minimum Qualification &
**Required Skills**:
- Any UG with an experience of a minimum of 0-1 in an inbound / outbound call center with excellent customer relationship management skills. Also, upselling skills will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Multilingual)
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- English, Hindi & any South Indian language is mandatory
- 6 days of working Monday to Saturday
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
