**The main responsibilities are as following**:
Ø Supporting with site assessments and assisting the office team with estimates and quotations when required

Ø Adjusting, repairing, and replacing worn and defective parts and wiring.

Ø Advising users of correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions.

Ø Ordering of supplies and equipment.

Ø Communicating with the customer and Advising the customer on potential improvements Completing the service documentation

Ø Communicating with the Project Manager, Service Coordinator/s and/or Administrators.

Ø Ability and willingness to work out of ordinary business hours is required separate OT will be provided

**Skills and experience**:
Ø Minimum 1 Year experience

Ø Must have knowledge of integrated security/access systems

Ø Must be familiar with a range of IP CCTV systems and IP Networks

Ø Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ø Logically and technically minded, with excellent problem solving and analysis skills.

Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
