**Key Responsibilities**
- Create **wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups** using **Figma**.
- Develop icons, illustrations, and vector assets using **Adobe Illustrator**.
- Conduct **user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis** to improve UX.
- Collaborate with **developers, product managers, and stakeholders** to bring designs to life.
- Optimize existing designs based on **user feedback and data-driven insights**.
- Maintain and contribute to **design systems and UI libraries**.
- Ensure **responsive and adaptive design** principles across different platforms.

**Requirements**:
**Proficiency in Figma** for UI design and prototyping.
**Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator** for creating icons, illustrations, and vector assets.
Strong portfolio showcasing **UI/UX projects across multiple platforms**.
Understanding of **user-centered design (UCD), usability principles, and visual hierarchy**.
Experience with **responsive and adaptive design**.
Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and front-end development processes** (a plus but not required).

**Optional but Preferred**

➕ Experience with **Adobe Photoshop** for image editing and graphics.
➕ Experience with **Adobe XD** for prototyping (Figma is preferred).
➕ Knowledge of **motion design and animations** (Lottie, After Effects).
➕ Understanding of **accessibility (WCAG) guidelines** for web and app design.
➕ Experience working in **Agile environments**.

Pay: ₹10,923.71 - ₹42,929.95 per month
