We are looking for a motivated and passionate **Academic Counsellor** to join our team at Arena Animation Sealdah. As an Academic Counsellor, you will play a key role in guiding students towards the right educational paths based on their skills, interests, and career goals. You will assist students in understanding course options, support their academic planning, and provide insights into career opportunities post-completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling Walk-ins, and counselling students/guardians about career options and course offerings.
- Maintain an active pipeline, and follow up with leads through phone calls, and Gmeet to convert inquiries into enrolment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and employment opportunities, ensuring that counselling sessions are relevant and informed
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets by driving student enrolments into various courses or programs
- Have good communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi.
- Should have 5+ years of experience preferably in the Education domain.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an academic counselor or in a similar student advisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize with students’ concerns and provide tailored advice.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with online educational tools, platforms, and course offerings is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and student management systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
