**Position**:Account Executive

**Location**: KALINGAEURO-Bhubaneswar Office

**Type**: Full-time

**What You’ll Do**

You’ll be more than an Accountant — you’ll be the backbone of our financial integrity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- **Financial Management**: Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, billing, and reconciliations.
- **Expense Tracking**: Record, monitor, and report company expenses with accuracy.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Manage vendor payments, client invoices, and ensure timely collections.
- **Payroll Support**: Assist in preparing and processing staff salaries.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Maintain organised records and ensure adherence to financial policies, taxation rules, and regulations.
- **Reporting**: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- **Audit Preparation**: Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with management and other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

**What You Bring**
- Strong English communication skills — spoken and written
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in accounting or finance (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, MS Excel, or similar tools)
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
