**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Effectively Handle Internal and External Communication in the absence of the supervisor
- Provide assistance in processing critical transactions on a need basis
- Help the supervisor in developing Team Strengths
- Creating process reports, and attending to client calls/ onshore counterparts
- Coach Team Members (new and existing basis requirements)
- Provide assistance in exceeding service standards
- Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the Annuity domain, and of all products & processes
- Ability to work with strict timelines, and should be fine with non-rotating US shift timings.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- Graduation in any stream, Commerce Graduate preferred.
- 5+ years of working experience in Insurance.
- Ability to spot fraudulent claims, handle exceptional situations, identify the red flags, and perform calculations based on nominees’ shareholding patterns.
- Experience in a professional/office-related environment that required to work regularly scheduled shifts.
- Excellent English Business communication and Analytical skills.
- Ability to solve basic mathematical problems.
- Good understanding of MS Excel and MS-Outlook.
