One design is looking to hire interior designers with 2-3 years of experience for full-time employment. Do upload resume with photo.

Ø **Required Qualification:

- **

1. Bachelor’s degree/diploma in interior design.

2. Minimum 2-3 year of experience as an interior designer.

3. Portfolio of design work.

Ø **Required Skills:

- **

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, VRAY, Excel, Powerpoint etc.

2. Highly creative, imaginative & artistic

3. Excellent communication skill, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.

Ø **Roles and Responsibilities:

- **

1. To make interior designs for residential/commercial spaces as per OD (One Design) standards.

2. To be able to work ardently on interior design projects.

3. To make a presentation and do the presentation to the client physically or over the Zoom meeting/Google meet.

4. To Co-ordinate over call with clients, vendors and labourers contractors at site and to be able to communicate ideas in a clear manner. To resolve all questions efficiently and effectively. At any point you are not sure or have clarity always check with Principal Architect Amit Mahajan.

5. To be able to work as a part of a team.

6. To draw layout Plans, Detail drawings such as measurement plan, ceiling plan, electrical plan, breaking or reconstruction plan, civil plan or plumbing plan, elevations and all specific detailing pertaining to assist design execution at site. To be able to make moodboard and colour swatches as per OD standards.

7. To take instructions from clients and pay attention to their needs and wants and take instructions given by OD personals or assigned managers. Always make Minutes of Meetings (MOM) at a site, during meetings and record them in the project folder.

8. To take instructions given by founder Architect Amit Mahajan.

9. To maintain decorum of work effectively with the team and OD client’s. To wear formals from Monday to Friday and casuals on Saturday. No shorts are allowed in the office.

10. To abide by all Rules and Regulations and follow policy guidelines of OD.

11. To effective render services for OD (One Design) and ODO (one design online) services.

12. To complete work as per the stipulated time period as per the policy.

All services will be completed by an Interior Designer on the time as stipulated in the policy guidelines.
