**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations on products.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements, order placements, and any special requests.
- Build a rapport with regular customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the store maintains a welcoming and clean atmosphere.
- Manage guest flow during busy hours to ensure all customers are attended to.
- Assist in promoting seasonal products, offers, and new launches.
- Coordinate with the sales and service team to ensure smooth operations.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Minimum Experience**: 2 years of experience as a Hostess, GRE, or in a customer-facing role in the hospitality or retail industry.
- Strong **customer engagement skills** with the ability to make customers feel comfortable and valued.
- **Presentable appearance** with a positive attitude and approachable personality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **Hindi and English** (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously during peak hours.
- Proactive, courteous, and customer-focused.
- Basic understanding of food and sweets to assist customers with product recommendations.
