We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Recruiter
- Europe**

**Business - Human Resource**

**Principal responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end full life cycle recruitment from direct approach to completion.
- Ensure that all aspects of the process are compliant in line with the policy and regulatory requirements
- Provide data insights and market intelligence to support and influence hiring strategies
- Manage escalations with a sense of urgency to provide effective solutions
- Identify Process gaps to drive continuous improvement and bring an innovative mindset to help deliver on strategic objectives.
Requirements- Relevant experience delivering end to end recruitment (experience supporting European markets would be advantageous)
- High level of comfort to directly source talent with the ability to persuade and attract passive talent
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and ensure that processes are followed correctly
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required with a fluency in English
- Must be able to multitask and operate as part of an international team.
