Land Surveyor

Conduct land and building surveys using Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level.
- Prepare accurate site measurements and topographical maps.
- Verify boundary alignments and assist in setting out construction levels.
- Record survey results and prepare detailed survey reports and drawings.
- Collaborate with project engineers and architects for layout planning.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines for land use and surveying.
- Establish control points and benchmarks on-site.
- Conduct building footprint and elevation surveys as needed.
- Maintain and calibrate all surveying equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Provide regular updates and documentation to the project management team.
- Required Skills & Experience:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,814.04 per month
