**Job Title: Paint Store Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in selecting paint colors, finishes, and related products.
- Mix and tint paint to match customer specifications using mixing machines.
- Process sales transactions using a cash register or POS system.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are appealing.
- Manage inventory by tracking stock levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Assist in receiving and unloading deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints professionally.
- Adhere to safety guidelines when handling paint and related materials.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Physical ability to lift and carry paint cans and other heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Proficiency in using computers and POS systems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
