**What You’ll Do**:

- **Blueprint Master**: Dive into blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions to identify the components and materials needed for the assembly process.
- **Testing Guru**: Use your skills to test printed circuit boards (PCBs) with the latest devices, ensuring they work flawlessly.
- **Tech Savvy**: Program and operate cutting-edge PCB assembly equipment, including Stencil Printers, Solder Paste Inspection, Pick and Place, Reflow Ovens, Selective Soldering Equipment, and Conformal Coating Equipment.
- **Inventory Whiz**: Keep track of inventory and supplies, ensuring everything runs smoothly during the Work Order process.
- **Quality Champion**: Make sure our products meet the highest standards by comparing finished products to Customer BoM for accuracy.
- **Inspector Extraordinaire**: Inspect PCB Electronic Assemblies for defects, solder quality, parts alignment, missing parts, and visual damage.
- **In-Circuit Tester**: Conduct in-circuit tests (ICT) for shorts, resistance, and capacitance to ensure top-notch manufacturing quality.
- **Problem Solver**: Analyze and repair component failures and manufacturing defects using a variety of tools and equipment.
- **Component Repair Expert**: Perform component-level repairs, including soldering and de-soldering of through-hole and SMT components, following IPC Class III soldering standards.
- **Re-Assembly Pro**: Send equipment that didn’t pass inspection back to the assembly line for re-assembly.
- **Maintenance Maestro**: Conduct routine corrective and preventive maintenance of PCBs to ensure safety and efficiency.
- **Documentation Specialist**: Keep detailed logs and records of defective circuit boards and document PCB design and assembly procedures.
- **Organizational Guru**: Maintain clean and organized assembly workstations based on 5S principles.
- **Safety Advocate**: Always comply with safety protocols and company policies.
