Pharmacist Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and provide assistance to clients.

Pitch for substitute medicines to the customers.

Compensation Details:

- Fixed CTC: ₹26,000 (₹22,000 in-hand after PF deduction).
- Joining Bonus: ₹5,000, to be credited in the nearest payroll cycle.
- Incentives: Performance-based. (upto 60k per month)

Shift Timings:

- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (with an additional ₹1,500 allowance per month for this shift).

Note - Shift will be rotational for males as per the requirements and for females there will be a fixed shift timing of 8am to 5pm.

Location - Urmi Corporate Park, Saki Vihar Road, Powai, Mumbai - 7th Floor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹22,001.00 per month
