**Office Management**:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring their availability and functionality.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and related services.
**Administrative Support**:
Assist in the preparation and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
Manage and organize documentation, both physical and electronic.
**Communication and Coordination**:
Act as a liaison between various departments, facilitating effective communication.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
**Travel Arrangements**:
Arrange travel logistics for employees, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Process travel expenses and reimbursements.
**Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
**Event Planning**:
Assist in the planning and execution of company events and functions.
**Visitor Management**:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Manage access control and security procedures.
**Financial Administration**:
Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.
Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
**Problem Solving**:
Address and resolve administrative issues and challenges promptly.
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
**Experience Minimum : 2 years**
