**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our interior design services.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to schedule meetings or consultations with the design team.
- Maintain a database of prospects and update client information regularly.
- Provide accurate information regarding the range of services offered by the firm.
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to queries related to services, pricing, and packages.
- Assist in promoting any ongoing sales campaigns or promotional offers.
- Handle client objections or concerns and provide appropriate solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to contribute to overall company growth.
- Keep track of calls, appointments, and feedback, and report regularly to the Sales Manager.

**Qualification**
Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferably in the interior design or related industry).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate clearly and confidently.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs.
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts and trends (will be an added advantage).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
