**Trainee Audit (Logistics) - All Branches Job Description**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee Auditors to join our logistics company's audit team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits across all branches to ensure compliance with company policies, identify areas for improvement, and support the ongoing development of our logistics operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Audit Planning and Execution:
- Participate in the planning of internal audits for various branches within the logistics network.
- Review and assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data related to financial transactions, inventory, and operational processes.
- Verify the accuracy of records, documents, and inventory counts.
- Identify discrepancies, irregularities, and areas of concern.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare audit findings and compile comprehensive audit reports.
- Discuss audit results with branch managers and staff.
- Make recommendations for process improvements and corrective actions as needed.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the audit team and branch managers to address audit findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and training to enhance audit skills.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay informed about changes in audit and logistics industry standards.
- Seek professional development opportunities to improve auditing skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing environments.
- Basic knowledge of audit principles, processes, and procedures is a plus.
