**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement media buying strategies that turn heads, attract clicks, and convert online shoppers into loyal customers.
- Masterfully manage a monthly budget of $30,000 to $50,000, making every dollar count like a seasoned penny-pincher-turned-superhero.
- Use your Facebook Ads and Google Ads superpowers to create captivating and effective campaigns that outshine even the wittiest memes.
- Collaborate with our creative geniuses to craft attention-grabbing ad creative and irresistible messaging that makes consumers go, "I need that in my life"
- Stay ahead of the competition by keeping up with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and advertising best practices.
- Dive deep into data analysis, deciphering the mysteries of campaign performance metrics like a detective on a mission. You'll use these insights to optimize campaigns, drive ROI, and turn those numbers into beautiful success stories.
- Prepare and deliver reports on campaign performance, sprinkled with your unique blend of insightful analysis and clever commentary that keeps everyone entertained and informed.
- Be the go-to person for all things media buying, answering questions, sharing knowledge, and providing guidance to our team of eager marketers. You'll be their fearless leader in the ever-changing landscape of digital advertising.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing budgets between $30,000 and $50,000 per month. Show us your budgeting skills, and we promise to be your biggest fans
- A mastery of Facebook Ads and Google Ads. You should have worked with all format of Ads. Should be well aware about Pixel, Catalogs, Merchant Center and all the related things.
- A track record of creating media campaigns that have driven significant Ecommerce sales. We want to hear your success stories and the unique ways you've made consumers say, "Shut up and take my money"
- Excellent communication skills, because we need someone who can explain complex concepts with a dash of wit and charm. We want clients and colleagues to enjoy talking to you as much as they enjoy seeing the results of your campaigns.
- Strong analytical abilities to unravel data mysteries and turn them into actionable insights. We're looking for someone who can spot trends and opportunities faster than they can say, "Data-driven decisions are my middle name"
