**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Preparing concept design for upcoming projects keeping in mind project feasibility, DCPR Regulations and FSI Calculations.
- Modifying existing designs and coming up with fresh design ideas as per business needs /policy changes.
- Preparing presentation drawings, brochures and 3D views.
- Co-ordinating with the liaison architect for documents needed for approvals (Concessions, IOD, CC, CFO etc.) and for amending plans as required by MCGM.
- Co-ordinating with Structural consultant for RCC design.
- Co-ordinating with MEP Consultants for Sewerage, SWD, F.F., Electrical, AVS etc. Designs.
- Preparing Good for Construction (GFC) Architectural drawings incorporating inputs from the liaison architect, structural consultant and MEP consultant.
- Co-ordinating with Site Execution Team for checking and assistance for execution on site.
- Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline.

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (1st Saturday off)

**Working Hours**:10am to 7pm

**Location**:Goregaon & Sites (Borivali to Bandra)

**Experience Required**:2 to 5years

**Qualification**:B.Arch / M.Arch

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
