**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate grinding machines to smooth, shape, and finish metal parts.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and surface finish.
- Maintain and clean grinding machines and tools.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets.
- Report any machine issues or defects to the supervisor.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Prior experience as a grinder in sheet metal fabrication preferred.
- Knowledge of grinding tools, machines, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
- Work Environment
- Sheet metal fabrication workshop.
- Adherence to safety and quality standards is mandatory.
- Shift-based work may be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
