EXPERIENCE - 5 YEARS AND ABOVE
**POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS**: looking for an exceptional and highly motivated Network Virtualization Engineer to develop a scalable, high performant automation and orchestration solution on VMWare cloud platform specifically for 5G network rollout
should be able to, Specific area of expertise ( project/support/etc) - Packet core virtualization, Wireless lab setup in cloud native environment
- Develop, maintain and automate infrastructure solutions for 5G core, Private Wireless, IIoT etc..
- Install, maintain and monitor systems running on both physical hardware and virtualized environments
- Assist with the maintenance of live production software. Automate build and configuration wherever possible
- Deploy, automate, troubleshoot, and enhance the K8s based system - Onboard Vendor's Network functions onto the Cloud Platform as per use cases
- Strong understanding of Tanzu Service Mesh is must Preferred Qualification - BS/MS in Computer Science from premier institute
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in VMWare Virtualization environment - Certification: VMWare NSX and VMWare TCA certification is must
- Should have knowledge in data centre technologies like containers, virtualization, networking, and storage Required Skills
- Good Knowledge in VMWare TCA and Tanzu Service Mesh
- Good understanding of 5G Core functions virtualization on VMWare stack - Good understanding of VMWare TCA architecture and automation principles - Containerization tools: Docker and Kubernetes - Exposure to CICD tools: Jenkins; build tools - Maven and Ant is added Advantage - Exposure to 5G technologies is added advantage - Exposure to VMware Technologies like vSphere, NSX, vSAN is added Advantage
