A German language trainer is responsible for facilitating German language training sessions for our employees, enhancing their language skills to support effective communication with clients and partners. Your role will involve designing curriculum, conducting training sessions, and assessing language proficiency to ensure a high standard of German language proficiency within the organization.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Design and develop comprehensive German language training curriculum based on the needs of employees.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials to support language development.
- Conduct German language training sessions for various levels of proficiency.
- Employ a variety of teaching methodologies, including audio-visual aids, group activities, and real-life scenarios.
- Evaluate the language proficiency of participants through assessments and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback to individuals and tailor training plans accordingly.
- Track and monitor the progress of participants throughout the training program.
- Adjust training methods and materials to address individual learning needs.
- Integrate cultural aspects into language training to enhance cross-cultural communication skills.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and training materials.
- Generate reports on the effectiveness of language training programs.
- Advertise the brand of Irish by offering efficient services.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
