**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students to promote Seed English Academy's programs and services.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide information about course offerings, schedules, fees, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students.
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets and conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting with enrollment procedures.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for new students.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly excel sheet.
- Prior experience in the education sector is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
