**Job Title: Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) Operator**

**Location**: Nashik

**Job Type**: Full-time/Part-time/Contract

Experience: Required 1 year Exp in Automobile Industry

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and maintain Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform inspections on a variety of components and parts.
- Develop and implement CMM programs using software such as PC-DMIS or similar.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) specifications.
- Generate inspection reports and documentation of measurement results.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Continuously strive for process improvement and efficiency in inspection procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in metrology is preferred; ITI-Turner
- Proven experience as a CMM Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CMM programming software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso, Measure Max) and understanding of measurement principles.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T principles and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in quality control or assurance is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a manufacturing environment.
