**Job Description: Marketing Executive - Froge Industry**

**Education Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Minimum Experience**:

- 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Froge Industry's products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and track industry trends.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
- Manage the company's social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and product exhibitions.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure successful execution of marketing activities.
- Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitors.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media marketing).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

**Additional Notes**:

- Must be able to multitask and handle various projects simultaneously.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for marketing events and client meetings as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
