Accounts Executive

Follow up the debtors for the collection of receivables & ensure timely collection of receivables

Responsible for on time payment to vendors/creditors as per the payment schedule approved by the Finance Head.

Ensure minimum 90 % accuracy in receivables management

Accountable for ensuring that all the accounting practices are as per the benchmarks defined by the management. Ensure that there is no mismatch in the procedure and policies vs actual.

Responsible for all the financial entries are happening on daily basis with proper supporting documents and vouchers.

Responsible for doing periodical audit to identify the gaps in the process and outputs.

Responsible for all the filing processes are as per the standards and the files are up to date. Ensure manage the process in a standard way.

Accountability to ensure 100% accuracy and standard in all the accounting functions of the corporate and sub division of the company on a daily basis.

Responsible for monthly review and reporting about the financial status of the institution and suggestion for the improvement or planning of the next month.

Responsible for submitting daily, weekly, monthly and other periodical reports for review purposes with the Director and management as and when needed.

Responsible for all the statutory affairs are inline and there is no delay in the filing or updation or even renewal.

Responsible for coordinating with external auditors, chartered accountants for the filing and auditing purposes of the institution if necessary.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Kotamangalam, Kerala, Kotamangalam - 686691, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
