Job Title: Aesthetic Nurse

Location: Zirakpur, Chandigarh

Reports To: Clinic Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care and Consultation
- Conduct initial consultations to assess patients' aesthetic goals and medical history.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the Dermatologist or Medical Director.
- Administer aesthetic treatments such as injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), laser therapies, RF treatments, and other non-surgical procedures.
- Educate patients on treatment options, pre
- and post-treatment care, and maintenance.
- Clinical Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining processes, ensuring their comfort, and monitoring for any adverse reactions.
- Ensure all treatments are performed following safety protocols and clinical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of aesthetic equipment and supplies.
- Professional Development
- Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments and technologies.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Administrative Duties
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations, clinic policies, and documentation standards.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of aesthetic supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- Education and Training o Nursing degree (B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Punjab.
- Additional certifications or training in aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser treatments) are preferred.
- Experience
- Proven experience as an Aesthetic Nurse or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in administering aesthetic treatments.
- Demonstrated expertise in providing patient-centred care and support in an aesthetic or dermatological setting.
- Skills
- Proficiency in various aesthetic procedures and technologies.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Licensing and Certification
- Valid RN license to practice in Punjab.
- Certification in aesthetic procedures or related training (preferred).

Working Conditions

- Hours: Full-Time with potential for on-call or weekend work depending on clinic needs

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
