- Regularly inspecting and maintaining HVAC systems.
- Cleaning ducts and filters.
- Checking for leaks and refilling refrigerants.
- Lubricating parts and fixing drainages.
- **Repair**:

- Diagnosing and troubleshooting AC systems to identify malfunctions and faulty components.
- Repairing or replacing defective components, such as compressors, motors, fans, condensers, evaporators, or thermostats.
- Welding, soldering, brazing, or bolting pipes to connect equipment.
- **Testing and Adjusting**:

- Testing and adjusting systems to achieve optimal performance.
