Urgent hiring lawyer for reputed Corporate Law Firm at T Nagar-Chennai & Banglore.

Qualification : LLB/ LMS.

Experience : 3+ years relevant experience with reputed Corporate Law Firms in handling Corporate Clients like Banks, NBFC, IT companies etc. Providing advice to the business teams. Providing legal counsel on general corporate matters to client group companies Drafting, negotiating and facilitating the execution of contracts. Liaising effectively with an array of consultants, advisors and outside counsel to manage multiple projects etc.

Salary : Rs.25,000/- to Rs.35,000/
- # Notice Period : Immediate/ max 10-15 Days.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Lawyer-Reputed Corporate Law Firm: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Tamil, Kannada fluently (preferred)

License/Certification:

- LLB/ LLM Degree (preferred)
