**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a **Graphic & Visual Designer** with 1-2 years of experience in crafting bold, creative, and brand-aligned visual content. You'll be a core part of our multidisciplinary team, helping to shape and communicate our brand across digital platforms and print touchpoints.

You'll collaborate across UX/UI, development, and marketing to ensure a **visually cohesive and impactful brand presence**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visual assets including web graphics, social media creatives, banners, infographics, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Translate creative briefs into visually compelling designs that communicate effectively.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to maintain design consistency across digital products.
- Ensure all visual materials align with brand guidelines and design standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh visual ideas to the table.
- Assist in developing visual identity elements such as iconography, typography, and brand systems.
- Optimize graphics for different platforms (web, mobile, social media).
- Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in visual or graphic design roles.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Basic knowledge of web and mobile UI/UX trends.
- Good portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and design sensibility.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

**Good to Have**:

- Motion graphics or video editing skills using After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Exposure to UI or web design projects.
