To ensure good laboratory practices in Quality Control Lab.
- To review schedules for hold time study, stability study, etc.
- To review calibration records
- To monitor the stability/ hold time study program
- Online and offline review of in-process, intermediate, raw material, packing material, finished goods along with the review of audit trail wherever applicable and lock the sequence
- To document the analytical work in systematic way and report any discrepancy to superior
- To review the in-process, intermediate, raw material, packing material, finished goods and water protocol along with the review of audit trail wherever applicable and lock the sequence.
- To review the document of general reagent, volumetric solutions, temperature monitoring, housekeeping records.
- To execute the need based activity as per the instruction given by superiors
- To issue the quality systems related documents e.g. Analytical record, formats, test protocols etc.
- To issue, evaluate and participate in the review of change control, incident, out of Specification, lab error etc.
- To review quality systems related documents e.g. Analytical record, logbooks, etc.
- To perform In-process Quality Assurance Rounds (IPQA) in Quality Control Lab.
