Job Responsibilities of Stock Auditor

The key job responsibilities:
1. Complete physical verification of the Stocks (Raw Material, Components, Bought out material, Work in Process and Finished Goods Parts, Spares/Accessories etc.) and analysis of variances.

2. Checking proper classification and categorization of stocks.

3. Verifying that obsolete, slow-moving, and damaged stock is appropriately accounted for.

4. Verification of stocks at third party locations/Specialized zones/ licensed/bonded warehouses/on-job work and issued on Slips.

5. Verification of sold stock pending delivery and sales return/rejections.

6. Examination of system of all types of scarp like Used oil, Body parts, old batteries, plastic material, Sheet Metal (GI, MS, Aluminium & Copper etc.), cardboard & other waste material.

7. Checking and validating the records maintained for fresh and scrap.

8. Checking the Profit & Loss sheet of disposal of scraps.

9. Random verification of stock movements (inward and outward)

10. Checking safety and Security of stocks.

11. Preparing detailed audit report and highlighting discrepancies and submit to Audit Manager.

12. Recommendations for improvement to Audit Manager

Pay: ₹8,902.18 - ₹30,000.00 per month
