Job Role:
**Initiate interest**:

- The Product Expert identifies or arouses customers’ interest in vehicles or products during conversation
- Gives the Mercedes-Benz Product Experience with usage of tools like digital signage, etc.
- Documents contact details of customer incase sales consultant not available.

**Information / Consultation**:

- The Product Expert presents & demonstrates the vehicles and its features including the Mercedes Me Connect services.
- He / she follow the FAB approach - feature, advantage, benefit while displaying the product range through story telling.
- He / she will be a consultant to the customer rather than being a sales professional.

**Connection**:

- The Product Expert must visit a customer in a week post-delivery with an appointment.
- He / she should explain the product, its features and troubleshooting tips. Let a customer know how he made a right choice.
- Help customer connect and pair his vehicle to Mercedes Me ecosystem.
- Understand the customer’s lifestyle and try to sell collections which suits him best.
- Sell service products like, service packages, extended warranty, accessories etc. if he hasn’t already bought
- Obtain referrals, which will be handed over to the primary sales consultant who had booked the car

**Test drive**:

- He / she gives a test drive experience to the customer in continuation with the story telling approach.
- He / she will demonstrate features of the vehicles during test drive

**Configuration**:

- The Product Expert explains the vehicle configuration and Mercedes me Connect services.
- In exceptional cases, the Product Expert modifies the vehicle configuration

**Handover/Delivery/ Pairing**:

- The Product Expert supports a salesperson during handover / delivery of the Product. For e.g. smartphone configuration, etc.
- Pairing and activation of Mercedes Me connect services.
- Customer related product queries if any pre, during or post-delivery of product.
