TCP International Inc. is a leading provider of high-quality Automotive and Medical animations. In Medical, we specialise in ENT and are looking to expand into women's health. We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Intern to join our team in Chennai/Coimbatore to support our lead generation efforts in the USA & UK markets. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B strategies.

**Main Objective**:
Your primary goal is to identify and generate high-quality leads in the **USA & UK markets** for our medical animation projects. Currently, we are focusing on **ENT animations**, with a potential expansion into women’s health in the future. You will engage with **hospitals, clinics, and medical educational institutions,** connecting with key decision-makers to convert them into clients and will be involved in lot of research works.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in executing digital marketing strategies to generate leads for medical animation services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers in the industry.
- Optimize and manage social media accounts, including LinkedIn, to engage with target audiences.
- Support SEO efforts by optimizing content, researching keywords, and analyzing competitors.
- Work on paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports to measure ROI and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
