**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training & Mentorship**
- Guide students on live projects to simulate real-world digital marketing challenges.
- Provide mentorship to students by addressing their queries, reviewing their work, and helping them develop industry-ready skills in digital marketing.

**Content Development**
- Design and create structured learning materials, including lecture slides, case studies, campaign strategies, and project assignments.
- Stay updated with industry trends to introduce cutting-edge marketing tools and techniques into the curriculum.

**Technical Expertise**
- Assist in designing projects that reflect real-world challenges in digital campaign management and analytics.

**Support & Evaluation**
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback on their marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Evaluate projects, case studies, and assessments to ensure students achieve their learning outcomes.

**Collaboration & Innovation**
- Work closely with Takshashila Labs' team to improve training methodologies.
- Collaborate on the placement program to ensure students are well-prepared for job opportunities in the field of digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role in the IT industry.
- **Teaching Skills**: Ability to simplify complex topics and convey them effectively to learners at different levels of expertise.
- **Passion for Teaching**: A strong desire to mentor and inspire the next generation of digital marketing professionals.
- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
