**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate science lessons based on district and state standards.
- Create engaging learning experiences through experiments, projects, discussions, and field trips.
- Integrate literacy, math, and technology skills into science instruction.
- Develop and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and active participation.
- Assess student progress through various methods (observations, assignments, quizzes, projects) and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student growth, achievements, and challenges.
- Collaborate with grade-level teams and other faculty members on interdisciplinary projects.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and styles.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or a related field (required).
- State teaching certification (Elementary Education or Science endorsement preferred).
- Previous elementary teaching experience, preferably with 3rd graders.
- Strong understanding of child development and effective instructional strategies.
- Ability to incorporate hands-on and inquiry-based learning activities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with [state standards or NGSS (Next Generation Science Standards)].
- Experience with STEM or project-based learning.
- Ability to integrate educational technology into instruction.
- Enthusiasm for fostering a lifelong love of science in young learners.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
