**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries and vehicle repairs.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services or repairs.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service department workflow.
- Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on service status and repair timelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, ITI, or degree in a relevant field.
- 1-5 years of experience in a service advisory role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills for managing service records and customer databases.
