- Monitor drug therapy for side effects, contraindications, and patient-specific factors.
- Counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and precautions upon discharge or upon starting a new medication.
- Educate patients and families about medication regimens, including dosage, administration, and possible side effects.
- Ensure the hospital complies with regulations and best practices regarding medication use and safety.
- Participate in developing and reviewing hospital formulary and medication protocols.
- Identify and report medication errors or adverse drug reactions and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct audits to ensure the proper use and documentation of medications.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
